All manuscripts must include an ethics statement identifying the institutional and/or licensing committees approving the experiments and describing any relevant details consistent with the Declaration of Helsinki developed by the World Medical Association for medical research involving human subjects, including research on identifiable human material and data, Directive 86/609 of European Society on Biomedical Research Involving Human Subjects, Order № 690 of the Ministry of Public Health of Ukraine (23.09.2009).

In order to confirm the accuracy of the data used:

Statistical processing of research data should be carried out using licensed software, license number and software package are specified in the section "Materials and methods".
Statistical data must be checked for compliance with the normal distribution law, based on the results of this check, the decision on the form of data presentation and methods of their processing is substantiated. For data distributed according to the normal law, parametric methods are used, for all others - non-parametric methods.
The chosen form of data presentation and the applied methods of statistical processing should be briefly described in the section "Materials and Methods".
Quantitative results
The quantitative results obtained must be sufficiently detailed and have a statistical assessment of reliability, including, if necessary, baseline data or primary measurements.
Review process
After submission, each manuscript is checked by the editors for compliance with the instructions for authors. The next step is to check for plagiarism. Subject to the successful completion of the first two stages, the manuscript is submitted anonymously for review to two reviewers. Reviewers evaluate the overall quality of the article, compliance with ethical principles, the novelty of the results, the compliance of the cited literature to the stated topic. An editorial decision on manuscripts that have been fully reviewed and received positive reviews is usually made within 4-5 weeks of receiving the manuscript.
