Manuscripts that report experiments involving the use of human subjects must include the statement that signed written informed consent obtained from the participants involved into the study. All manuscripts must include an ethics statement identifying the institutional and/or licensing committees approving the experiments and describing any relevant details consistent with the Declaration of Helsinki developed by the World Medical Association for medical research involving human subjects, including research on identifiable human material and data, Directive 86/609 of European Society on Biomedical Research Involving Human Subjects, Order № 690 of the Ministry of Public Health of Ukraine (23.09.2009).

In order to confirm the accuracy of the data used:
Authors should provide information on the design of the study, namely: the number of observations, the criteria for division into groups, the criteria for inclusion in the study and exclusion from it. The number of observations in the groups should be sufficient for a correct statistical analysis.
Statistical processing of research data should be carried out using licensed software, license number and software package are specified in the section "Materials and methods".
Statistical data must be checked for compliance with the normal distribution law, based on the results of this check, the decision on the form of data presentation and methods of their processing is substantiated. For data distributed according to the normal law, parametric methods are used, for all others - non-parametric methods.
The chosen form of data presentation and the applied methods of statistical processing should be briefly described in the section "Materials and Methods".
The quantitative results obtained must be sufficiently detailed and have a statistical assessment of reliability, including, if necessary, baseline data or primary measurements.
After submission, each manuscript is checked by the editors for compliance with the instructions for authors. The next step is to check for plagiarism. Subject to the successful completion of the first two stages, the manuscript is submitted anonymously for review to two reviewers. Reviewers evaluate the overall quality of the article, compliance with ethical principles, the novelty of the results, the compliance of the cited literature to the stated topic. DISCUSSION. The published results are the results of revealing problems that could be found, and do not just check your results with the data of other authors. Compare your data with the literature known disclosed results for new results to solve the problem or its long-term development, and counteraction is reliably offered in order to create fraudulent problems (possibly - an illustrated hypothesis or using a modified hypothesis of other authors).
