MODERN APPROACHES TO DETERMINATION OF THE PLACE AND THE ROLE OF MEASURES OF PSYCHOPHYSIOLOGICAL MAINTENANCE IN THE SYSTEM OF MEDICAL SUPPORT FOR FLIGHTS OF STATE AVIATION IN UKRAINE

Abstract

The urgency of scientific researches regarding the scientific substantiation of the system of measures of psychophysiological support for the professional activity of military pilots is beyond doubt. However, this process must first of all be preceded by the definition of a single terminology and precise definitions in the direction of research, which will clearly determine the place and role of these activities in the system of medical support for flights of state aviation in Ukraine.

The aim of the research. To determine the place and role of measures of psychophysiological support of professional activity of military pilots in the general system of medical support of flights of state aviation of Ukraine by establishing a common terminology and exact definitions in the direction of research.

Research methods. The bibliographic method of research and systematic approach was used in this work.

Results of the research and their discussion. As a result of the conducted research it has been proved that the psychophysiological support of the professional activity of military pilots should include a set of measures for diagnosis and optimization of their psycho-physiological state, examination and forecasting of the degree of professional competence aimed at ensuring a high level of professional health, efficiency and reliability of professional activities, by raising disability and adaptation capabilities of this contingent. Such an approach will clearly define the role and place of psychophysiological support for the professional activity of military pilots in the overall system of medical aviation of Ukraine’s aviation flights, completing their preventive blocks with a modern and effective component, which will allow maintaining a high level of professional health, ensuring the efficiency and reliability of the work of the indicated contingent by optimizing the psychophysiological state of their organism, increasing the capacity for work and adaptation possibilities.

Conclusions. The list and formulation of the definition of terms such as “psychophysiological support” and “psychophysiological support” of professional activity of military pilots of state aviation of Ukraine are formulated and the definition of the place and role of the complex of these measures in the general system of medical support of Ukrainian aviation flights, as well as ways of effective solution are outlined. the issue of establishing the basic principles and strategic directions of scientific substantiation and developing a conceptual model of a system of moves.
