Abstract

The paper analyzes the opinion of patients who were hospitalized in a military hospital (MH) on the quality of medical care. Factors that may affect the improvement of medical and diagnostic work in the hospital have been identified. It is shown that it is necessary to strengthen and develop the primary level of medical care, to establish phased provision of medical care in the system: military unit - military hospital, as well as to pay attention to the provision of drugs, equipment and conditions during treatment.
