Modern approaches to the management of Medical forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

Abstract

The purpose is to determine modern approaches to the management of the Medical Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (Medical Forces) in peacetime and in special periods.

Materials and methods. Legislative and normative legal acts, guiding documents, information and reference materials, monographs and scientific articles in open publications on the management of the Armed Forces (AF) of Ukraine and their medical support were used. Research methods: bibliographic, analytical, systems approach, generalization, prognostic.

Results. The main provisions of the management of troops (forces) in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which is carried out to maintain the readiness of troops (forces) to perform assigned tasks, their preparation and successful execution of tasks during the operation (combat). The requirements, tasks and functions of military management are covered. The concept of system and governing bodies of troops (forces) is revealed. The system of medical care management of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in peacetime and in a special period is considered in detail. The list of medical support bodies of the Armed Forces of Ukraine at all levels of military administration is given. The system of medical care management of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in peacetime and in a special period, as well as the hierarchy of medical care management bodies of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are schematically presented.

Conclusions. At this stage of the development of the medical support system of the Armed Forces of Ukraine under the control of medical support, it is necessary to understand the purposeful activities of the commander of the Medical Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the chiefs (control bodies) of medical support, the chiefs of medical services of military units to influence subordinate forces and means in order to perform tasks as intended and achieving the set goal. Management of medical care is carried out by the Commander of the Medical Forces in the general system of command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine through control points and is based on the general principles and requirements underlying the management of troops (forces).
