The system of measures for psychophysiological support of occupational activities of military pilots

Abstract

Introduction. Today in the state aviation of Ukraine there is an urgent problem of improving the existing system of medical support for flights by carrying out psychophysiological support measures to ensure the safety of military pilots, improve their professional health, increase the duration of professional longevity and life in general.

The purpose. To develop a conceptual model of the system of measures of psychophysiological support of professional activity of military pilots.

Materials and methods. Methods of analysis and synthesis, generalization, induction and deduction, complex and system analysis were used to develop a conceptual model of a system of measures for psychophysiological support of the professional activities of military pilots.

Results. As a result of the research, a conceptual model of the system of measures for psychophysiological support of the professional activities of military pilots was developed by formulating its aim, the main tasks of functioning, highlighting a set of measures and an algorithm for their application, reflecting the stages, sequence and timing of the conduct. This will ensure greater reliability and efficiency of the system in the long term. The structural and functional diagram of the system of measures of psychophysiological support is proposed, which provides for the coordination of its internal capabilities with the conditions for the functioning of the existing system of medical support for flights of state aviation and the Armed Forces of Ukraine in general.

Conclusions. The aim, main tasks and a list of measures for psychophysiological support of the professional activities of military pilots have been determined. A two-stage algorithm for the application of these activities with the display of the sequence and timing of the events is proposed. The structural and functional diagram of the system of measures for psychophysiological support of the professional activities of military pilots has been developed.
