Abstract

A crisis situation is not only war and the military (armed) conflicts, but catastrophy, emergencies, etc. In turn from one crisis to another, the syndromes of these crises become more complex, become more versatile, multisymptomatic and multisistema. These symptoms arise from civilians caught in the combat zone. Furthermore, similar syndromes occur in many people caught up in any crisis situations (areas of modern military (armed) conflicts, man-made or natural disasters, places where there has been terrorist acts, etc.).
The sanitary analysis of combat losses during wars and contemporary armed conflict gives reason to believe that future wars will have an even higher  proportion of the development of the syndromes of crisis situations (wars). The consequences of their formation and development have a significantly negative impact on the health of the victim and his family and the environment. Any system of detection and diagnosis of PTSD in participants
of crisis situations, the organization of their treatment, rehabilitation, prevention of the formation of exacerbations in 2014 in the country was absent, and from 2014 began to emerge taking into account the need to introduce a scientifically based integrated approach, and the few scientific publications devoted
mainly to the fragmented review and analysis of certain aspects of combat to the prevention, detection, treatment, physical and psychological rehabilitation and prevention of relapse of PTSD in soldiers participating in the fighting.
