It has been established that the kinetic processes for the release of AFI from medicinal products pass through the first-order equation, which makes it possible to use in-vivo single-chamber pharmacokinetic model in experiments.

The purpose of the work is to study kinetic parameters of indicators of medicinal syrup from pCGS and levocarnitine. In order to study the kinetic parameters of the medicinal syrup, an in vitro method was used to characterize the completeness of the release of active ingredients from the developed syrup into the model liquid.

Materials and methods of research. For the study, a dialysis camera was used. For this, an internal cylinder with a specimen (5 g) of LS (syrup) was placed in a dialysis chamber with a certain amount of purified water (100 ml) at a temperature of 36 ± 1ЪC. After sampling (10 ml) periodically, volume of water in the dialysis chamber is brought to the initial level (100 ml). Sampling was performed at 30, 60, 180, 360, 720, and 1440 min.

Conclusion. The kinetic parameters for syrup are determined: the rate of release of pCGS and levocarnitine, the rate constant and the half-life. It was shown that the kinetic processes of the release of AFI from LS are carried out according to the first-order equation, which makes it possible to use in-vivo single-chamber pharmacokinetic model in experiments; the release of AFI from syrup decreases over time; the rate of release process decreases with the increase of the half-life period.</p>}, number={1}, journal={Ukrainian Journal of Military Medicine}, author={Khomich, O.
