The research uses methods of bibliographic, statistical, systematic approach and analysis. Statistical processing was performed using Microsoft Excel 2007 and the standard statistical package STATISTICA 6.0.Results. The incidence of diseases of the circulatory system in the Armed Forces of Ukraine increased from 48,95 ‰ in 2016 to 64,28 ‰ in 2019, with a decrease to 57,85 ‰ in 2020, with an average growth rate of +5,19 % (the highest rates for conscripts +16,8% and contract servicemen +8,68%). In general, the structure of the incidence of diseases of the circulatory system among the servicemen included the top five: hypertension (with a weighted average of 47,1±10,6%: servicemen 58,8±13.2% with an average growth rate of +1,34%, contract service 49,2±11.2 with an average growth rate of +4,55%), «other diseases of the circulatory system» (19,0±4,3%), hemorrhoids (9,8±2.19%), varicose veins (7,1±1,59%) and coronary heart disease (5,3±1,19%). Conscripts have an increase in the average growth rate of hypertension (+26,5%), coronary heart disease (+202,97%, of which angina +29.97%), cerebrovascular disease (+54,5%, from them acute disturbance of cerebral circulation +45,4%). There was an increase in the growth rate of myocardial infarction: contract servicemen +64,9% and officers +27,5%. In all contingents of servicemen there is an increase in the average growth rate of rheumatism (in particular, in contract servicemen +741,3%), although its share in the structure of the incidence of diseases of the circulatory system is small (0.4 ± 0.08).Conclusions. Growing indicators of primary incidence of diseases of the circulatory system in servicemen of all categories, especially conscripts and contract service, requires improvement of medical and organizational measures of preventive orientation in the work of treatment and prevention facilities of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
