At the same time, the number of messages about research on gender-specific healthcare in modern conditions, female soldiers is significantly limited. According to the gained data, today there is a necessity in studying issues of sexual abuse, unplanned pregnancies, access to contraception and prevention of stress-induced reproductive health disorders for military women in order to elaborate clinical guidelines based on principles of evidence-based medicine. Optimization of prevention and treatment of reproductive health disorders for Ukrainian military women requires the use of experience obtained under the conditions of the Anti-terroristOperation /Joint Forces Operation, and the adaptation of the experience of NATO countries to tackling gender-specific medical problems and maintaining women’s health in the following years  ER -
